Birebir yolun imali i\u00e7in 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 499.9 milyon TL\u2019lik mukavele, Demce \u0130n\u015faat \u015firketi ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 2018\u2019den bu yana T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu\u2019nun (T\u00dc\u0130K) t\u00fcketici enflasyonu 7.6 kat artarken, birebir devirde yolun maliyeti 15\u2019e katland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 KERE F\u0130YATI DE\u011e\u0130\u015eT\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Karayollar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Ankara-\u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131 yolu ihalesi de 2017\u2019de 193.8 milyon TL\u2019ye yap\u0131ld\u0131. Yedig\u00f6ze \u0130n\u015faat firmas\u0131 ile kontrat imzaland\u0131. 19 Aral\u0131k 2024\u2019te yolun tamamlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni ihale d\u00fczenlendi. Bu sefer de \u00d6zg\u00fcn Yap\u0131 Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim \u015firketi isimli \u015firketle mukavele yap\u0131larak 2.9 milyar TL \u00f6dendi. B\u00f6ylelikle enflasyonun 7.6 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 7 y\u0131lda yolun maliyeti 16 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Karayollar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Malatya etraf yolu ihalesi ise 18 Mart 2016\u2019da 183.4 milyon liraya verildi. G\u00f6\u00e7ay \u0130n\u015faat Taahh\u00fct \u015firketi ile kontrat imzaland\u0131. Fakat yol bitmedi ve yine ihale d\u00fczenlendi. 2 Ekim 2024\u2019te sonu\u00e7lanan ihale 3.2 milyar TL oldu. Y\u00fcng\u00fcl \u0130n\u015faat ve \u00d6ren Yap\u0131 Sanayi \u015firketleriyle kontrat yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu periyotta T\u00dc\u0130K enflasyonu 8.4 kat\u0131na, yolun maliyeti 19 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihalesi yap\u0131lan \u0130zmir-Ankara Y\u00fcksek S\u00fcratli Tren in\u015fas\u0131nda da ikmal ihaleleri ile 6 defa fiyat g\u00fcncellemesi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Projenin maliyeti 4.3 milyar liradan 19 kat artarak 83.5 milyar liraya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u0130haleyi ERG \u0130n\u015faat kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Karayollar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Antalya-Kemer-Tekirova-Finike yolu ihalesinde ise 5 y\u0131lda maliyet 14 kat artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>Enflasyon 5 kat maliyet 16 kat artt\u0131<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Devlet Su \u0130\u015fleri ve Toplu Konut Y\u00f6netimi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Tokat A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00c7ekerek ve Mamure ova sulamas\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan birinci ihale 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda Maksima Elektrik, Seza \u0130n\u015faat, A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m \u0130n\u015faat, Tamyap\u0131 Otomotiv firmalar\u0131na 474 milyon 520 bin liraya verildi. 4 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine kar\u015f\u0131n i\u015f tamamlanamad\u0131. Bu sefer A\u011fustos 2024\u2019te t\u0131pk\u0131 ovalar\u0131n sulamas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni ihale ile 6 milyar 922 milyon TL \u00f6dendi. Maksima Elektrik ve Egecan Akaryak\u0131t firmalar\u0131 ile ikmal ihale mukavelesi yap\u0131ld\u0131. Projeye \u00f6denen mebla\u011f 7 milyar 397 milyon TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana enflasyon ise 5 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karken bu projenin maliyeti 16 kat artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>7 y\u0131lda 11.2 milyar TL pahaland\u0131<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>En \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rneklerden biri Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Gazipa\u015fa &#8211; 5. b\u00f6lge hududu yolu ihalesinde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u0130haleyi 2024 sonunda 11 milyar 562 milyon TL maliyetle Tarmac Agrega Madencilik ve Turgut M\u00fcteahhitlik Sanayi \u015firketi kazand\u0131. Bu yol i\u00e7in birinci olarak 28 Kas\u0131m 2016\u2019da ihale d\u00fczenlemi\u015f, B. Erg\u00fcnler Yol Yap\u0131 ve Polat Yol Yap\u0131 \u015firketleriyle 369 milyon 997 bin liral\u0131k kontrat imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
