Bu noktada, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n Toplumsal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu&#8217;na toplumsal sigorta prim bildirimi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131ymet ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7inin k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 alabilmesi i\u00e7in i\u015f akdinin emeklilik nedeniyle yahut patronun hakl\u0131 bir sebep g\u00f6stermeksizin sona ermesi gerekir. Ayr\u0131yeten, erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n askerlik, bayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ise evlilik nedeniyle i\u015f akdini feshetmeleri halinde de k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 alma hakk\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi iste\u011fiyle i\u015ften ayr\u0131lan bir personel, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131 hakl\u0131 bir sebeple i\u015f akdini sonland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde alabilir.
