Karaka\u015f, emeklilerin hem maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fyerinden ald\u0131klar\u0131 gelirleri toplayabilece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, emekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131, ikramiye \u00fczere haklardan yararlanabilece\u011fini belirtti. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, i\u015fsiz kalan emeklilerin i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 alamayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 fakat i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131nda bu hususta haklar\u0131n\u0131 arayabileceklerini de kelamlar\u0131na ekledi.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7ALI\u015eAN EMEKL\u0130LERDE KAPALI FIRSATLAR<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130sa Karaka\u015f&#8217;\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Emeklilerin b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131n\u0131 A\u2019dan Z\u2019ye konu\u015fmak gerekir. Zira maalesef \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan emeklilerle ilgili yanl\u0131\u015f bilgilendirmeler var. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmakta olan emekliler, ikinci bir maa\u015f alabilir mi, i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 alabilir mi, hastaland\u0131klar\u0131nda, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131nda, haks\u0131z yere i\u015ften at\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131nda ya da i\u015f teminat\u0131ndan faydalan\u0131p i\u015fe iade olabilme durumlar\u0131 \u00fczere bahislerde s\u0131k\u00e7a yanl\u0131\u015f bilgiler yer bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 vakit ise ihbar tazminat\u0131, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 vb. haklar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l elde edebileceklerini durumlar var. Zira emeklilerle ilgili pek \u00e7ok yanl\u0131\u015f bilgi bulunmakta ve bir\u00e7ok emekli karde\u015fimiz bu haklar\u0131ndan mahrum kalmakta.<\/p>\n<p><b>EMEKL\u0130YE \u00c7\u0130FT MAA\u015e VE PROMOSYON M\u00dcMK\u00dcN<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle belirtmek gerekir ki; rastgele bir i\u015f yerinden emekliyseniz ister kamu, ister Ba\u011fkur, ister SSK; ister \u00f6zel b\u00f6l\u00fcmde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olun toplumsal g\u00fcvenlik dayanak \u00fcnitesine tabi oldu\u011funuz s\u00fcrece hem emekli maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015f yerinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z maa\u015f\u0131 alabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Hatta, emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131zdan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc promosyon al\u0131rken, i\u015f yerinizde \u015fayet patronunuz sizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsa; \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z maa\u015ftan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc bankadan da promosyon alman\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Hasebiyle iki farkl\u0131 promosyon alma durumunuz kelam bahsidir. Lakin, bu m\u00fcddet i\u00e7erisinde i\u015f kazas\u0131 yahut meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere durumlar meydana gelirse, i\u015f kazas\u0131 yahut meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc i\u015f g\u00f6remez duruma d\u00fc\u015ferseniz, her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in hem emeklilik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 hem de i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6dene\u011fini alabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, emekli iken \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z m\u00fcddette daima bir i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik hali varsa, daima i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131 da alarak iki \u00f6demeyi birden alma imkan\u0131n\u0131z bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle, emekliler i\u015fsiz kald\u0131klar\u0131nda i\u015fsizlik maa\u015f\u0131 alamazlar. \u00d6te yandan, patron rastgele bir sebep g\u00f6stermeden sizi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015fsa, ihbar tazminat\u0131na hak kazan\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Ayr\u0131yeten, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar emeklilik nedeniyle i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131nda k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131 talep edebilmektedir; emekliler de t\u0131pk\u0131 bi\u00e7imde hak sahibidirler.<\/p>\n<p><b>EMEKL\u0130L\u0130KTE \u00c7ALI\u015eANLARIN B\u00dcY\u00dcK HAKLARI VAR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, emekliler \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken; \u00f6rne\u011fin, maa\u015flar\u0131n eksik yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, fazla mesai \u00f6dene\u011finin verilmemesi, resmi tatil g\u00fcnlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n maa\u015flar\u0131n eksik hesaplanmas\u0131 yahut sigortalar\u0131n eksik bildirilmesi \u00fczere durumlarda, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131 vakit patronun k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek zorunda oldu\u011funu unutmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Patron bu \u00f6demeyi yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, mahkeme yoluyla haklar\u0131n\u0131 kesin olarak kazanabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece emekli oldu\u011funuz i\u00e7in i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z durumlarda da, i\u015f yerinde 30\u2019dan fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bulunmas\u0131 ve en az 6 ayl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma m\u00fchleti olmas\u0131 halinde, mahkeme yoluyla evvel arabuluculu\u011fa, akabinde mahkemeye giderek i\u015fe iadeyi kazansan\u0131z dahi, bo\u015fta kalan m\u00fchletlerle ilgili en fazla 4 ayl\u0131k fiyat almaya hak kazan\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Buna ek olarak, mahkeme karar\u0131na binaen i\u015fe iadeyi kazansan\u0131z bile patron ba\u015fvurmazsa, 8 aya varan bir i\u015f garantisi tazminat\u0131 uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>EMEKL\u0130 OLARAK \u00c7ALI\u015eANLARIN MAA\u015eI DAHA AZ KES\u0130L\u0130YOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bir de \u015funu belirtmek gerekir: Emekli bir ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 vakit maa\u015f\u0131ndan yaln\u0131zca %7,5 oran\u0131nda toplumsal g\u00fcvenlik dayanak primi kesintisi yap\u0131l\u0131rken; ola\u011fan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n maa\u015f\u0131nda %14,4 SSK primi ve i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi kesilmektedir.
