Antikanser Etkileri<\/strong><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil \u00e7ay i\u00e7menin kanseri \u00f6nledi\u011fine dair \u00e7eli\u015fkili pek \u00e7ok delil mevcut. Ye\u015fil \u00e7ay\u0131n g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs kanseri riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinirken bu tesir \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u00f6strojen metabolizmas\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirebilen fitokimyasallara atfediliyor. <\/p>\n<p><b><span>3. Ayr\u0131yeten bu antioksidanlar\u0131n retinay\u0131 ve b\u00f6brekleri diyabete ba\u011fl\u0131 komplikasyonlardan koruyabilece\u011fine dair deliller var.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>4. Enfeksiyon \u00d6nleyici \u00d6zellikler<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil \u00e7ay \u00f6z\u00fct\u00fc, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc antibakteriyel \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle di\u015f \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve periodontal hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nleyicidir ve a\u011f\u0131z gargaras\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilir. Musluk suyu, dam\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sudan daha fazla kirletici i\u00e7erir. <strong>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc,<\/strong> suyun kaynat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaplar toksik hususlara katk\u0131da bulunabilir ve demleme i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan cam yahut ince \u00e7ini bardaklar toksik y\u00fcke katk\u0131da bulunabilir yahut bulunmayabilir.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ikimisli.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/cay-sudaki-agir-metalleri-azaltabilir-ama-7-gDGHYcpm.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> Manganez, \u00e7aylarda k\u0131ymetli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde bulunan tek ortak mineraldir ve kimi \u00e7aylar g\u00fcnl\u00fck toplam ihtiya\u00e7tan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar. Siyah \u00e7ay bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada en y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>Fazla manganez<\/strong>, demir emilimini etkileyebilir ve rahimde maruz kalan <strong>\u00e7ocuklarda DEHB (Dikkat Eksikli\u011fi Hiperaktivite Bozuklu\u011fu) gibisi semptomlara neden olabilir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5)<\/strong> Test edilen toksik elementler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sadece al\u00fcminyum ve kur\u015fun y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeylere sahipti. 3 dakika demlenen \u00e7aylar\u0131n %7&#8217;sinde ve 15 dakika demlenen \u00e7aylar\u0131n %20&#8217;sinde kabul edilemez seviyede al\u00fcminyum bulundu. Mevcut kur\u015fun d\u00fczeyleri, hamilelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda de\u011ferli bir tasa kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r zira kur\u015fun 3 dakika demlenen \u00f6rneklerin %73&#8217;\u00fcnde ve 15 dakika demlenen \u00f6rneklerin %83&#8217;\u00fcnde 0,5 \u03bcgm\/L&#8217;nin \u00fczerindeydi. Kur\u015funa oranla daha az \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kadmiyum ve arsenik olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n uzun vadeli biyolojik birikim konusunda tela\u015f duyulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6)<\/strong> Manganezin siyah \u00e7aydaki d\u00fczeyi epey y\u00fcksektir ve birden fazla kaynaktan al\u0131nan toplam g\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131m \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcne nazaran ayarland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toksik d\u00fczeylere neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>!!! <\/strong>\u00dcreme s\u0131hhatinde kabul edilebilir kur\u015fun sonu g\u00fcnl\u00fck 0,5 \u03bcgm&#8217;dir. 5 \u00e7ay yahut \u00e7aylar\u0131n %83&#8217;\u00fc hari\u00e7 t\u00fcm\u00fcnde g\u00fcnl\u00fck 4 fincan \u00e7ay t\u00fcketildi\u011finde bu sonun \u00fczerinde d\u00fczeylere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131labiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>!!!<\/strong> \u00c7ay t\u00fcketimi bu nedenle hamilelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli formda sonland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131.
