Endotelin, kan\u0131n ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n engellenmesine kadar bir\u00e7ok de\u011ferli misyonu vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Endotel h\u00fccreleri son derece hassas ve k\u0131r\u0131lgand\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek kolesterol, hipertansiyon, sigara i\u00e7ilmesi, beslenmede antioksidan eksikli\u011fi, h\u00fcr radikal fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131, fazla alkol, denetimsiz do\u011fum denetim hap\u0131 kullanma (\u00f6zellikle sigara ile birlikte), erken menopoz, hareketsizlik, kan\u0131n p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131na neden olan homosistein y\u00fcksekli\u011fi endotel \u00fczerine toksik tesirlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenlerin bilinmesi ve tedbir al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir. Ki\u015fi endoteli kadar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in hayat de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi de\u011ferlidir ve \u015fu noktalara dikkat edilmelidir:<\/p>\n<p><b><span>Fazla tuzun hasar\u0131 da \u2018fazla\u2019 olur<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde t\u00fcm besinlerden almam\u0131z gereken tuz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc 5 gramd\u0131r yani bir \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadard\u0131r. Lakin \u00fclkemizde g\u00fcnde ekseriyetle 15 gram yani 3 \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 tuz t\u00fcketiliyor. Bu durum da y\u00fcksek tansiyonla birlikte damar duvar\u0131nda hasarlanma\u00a0 ve i\u015flevinde bozulmaya yol a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla tuz t\u00fcketimini azaltmak de\u011ferli. Bunun i\u00e7in yemeklere, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 biber, kekik, zerde\u00e7al, \u00e7\u00f6rek otu \u00fczere baharatlarla aroma kazand\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>Kolesterol, tansiyon ve \u015fekeriniz ne durumda?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6t\u00fc kolesterol (LDL) y\u00fcksekli\u011fi kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. A\u00e7l\u0131k kan \u015fekeri seviyesinin de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir be\u015ferde 100 mg\/dL\u2019nin alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek kan \u015fekeri, uzun vadede kan damarlar\u0131na, kalp ve b\u00f6brek ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere organlarda ve ba\u015fka dokularda hasara yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>Temizleyici besinler<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenli Omega-3 ya\u011f asidi t\u00fcketimi damarlar\u0131 temizleyip, LDL kolesterol d\u00fczeyini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Akdeniz \u015fekli yani bitkisel y\u00fckl\u00fc beslenme damar dostudur. Bitkilerde bulunan polifenol isimli bile\u015fikler; y\u00fcksek tansiyonu da \u00f6nleyerek damar sertli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 esirgeyici tesir g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p>Her renkten sebze-meyve, bal\u0131k (somon, uskumru, ton), kuruyemi\u015f, so\u011fuk s\u0131k\u0131m zeytinya\u011f\u0131, tah\u0131llar, \u00e7i\u011f kuruyemi\u015fler ve baklagiller t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilen besinlerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015flenmi\u015f, \u015feker, karbonhidrat ve ya\u011f oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek besinlerden m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar uzak durulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>Ya\u011flanma kan sirk\u00fclasyonunu bozar<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fccuttaki fazla ya\u011f, damarlar \u00fczerinde bas\u0131n\u00e7 yaparak, sirk\u00fclasyonu bozar. Kilo vermek, iltihab\u0131 ve oksidatif gerilimi azaltarak kan damarlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fczelle\u015ftirebilir. Ayr\u0131yeten kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131, LDL (k\u00f6t\u00fc) kolesterol\u00fc, trigliseriti d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr ve kan \u015fekerini istikrarlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu da diyabet ve hipertansiyon \u00fczere kan damarlar\u0131na ziyan veren rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015fme\u00a0riskini azaltabilir.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>P\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmaya D\u0130KKAT!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sigara kullanmak ve pasif i\u00e7icilik kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n en k\u0131ymetli nedenlerinden biridir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flardan itibaren sigara i\u00e7ilen ortamlarda bulunmak damarlar\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bozar ve kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flat\u0131r. Kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yava\u015flamas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak vakitle damar kenarlar\u0131nda p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fma olu\u015fur.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>\u00d6fke damarlar\u0131 daralt\u0131r<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Stres ve \u00f6fke de damar d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131d\u0131r.
