Alkol ise \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc t\u00fcketilmedi\u011finde trigliseridi y\u00fckseltir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stresinizi y\u00f6netin, uyku kalitenizi art\u0131r\u0131n:<\/strong>\u00a0 Kronik gerilim ve uykusuzluk, kortizol d\u00fczeylerini art\u0131rarak lipid istikrar\u0131n\u0131 bozabilir. Meditasyon, nefes antrenmanlar\u0131, tertipli uyku dayanak olur.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ikimisli.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/kolesterol-bildiginiz-gibi-degil-2-jqSAZXtP.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><b><span>Kolesterol\u00fcn vazifeleri nelerdir?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolesterol<\/strong>\u00fcn bedendeki temel vazifeleri \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralanabilir:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; H\u00fccre zarlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmak<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hormonlar\u0131n (\u00f6zellikle \u00f6strojen, testosteron, kortizol \u00fczere steroid hormonlar) \u00fcretimine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; D vitamini sentezinde rol almak<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hudut sistemi i\u00e7in gerekli kolesterol\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131mak.<\/p>\n<p><b><span>LDL neden \u201ck\u00f6t\u00fc\u201dd\u00fcr<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Asl\u0131nda <\/strong>zararl\u0131 olan LDL\u2019nin kendisi de\u011fil, sirk\u00fclasyondaki davran\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imidir.<\/p>\n<p>LDL d\u00fczeyi \u00e7ok y\u00fckseldi\u011finde, sirk\u00fclasyonda uzun m\u00fchlet kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve bilhassa \u00f6zg\u00fcr radikaller ya da toksinlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131p yap\u0131sal olarak bozuldu\u011funda okside LDL\u2019ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Bu muhta\u00e7l\u0131k, ince k\u0131lcal damarlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sa\u011flan\u0131r.
