Bu, son y\u0131llar\u0131n en s\u00fcratli iyile\u015fmelerinden biri oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat raporda bu g\u00fczelle\u015fmenin yap\u0131sal bir yat\u0131r\u0131m art\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan de\u011fil, \u00f6zel dal\u0131n tasarruflar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Yani ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin uzun vadede s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n tekrar canland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi sinyali verildi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>REZERVLER R\u0130SK ALTINDA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin br\u00fct milletleraras\u0131 rezervlerinin 2024 sonunda 155 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi\u011fi belirtilen raporda IMF, bu d\u00fczeyin h\u00e2l\u00e2 milletleraras\u0131 standartlara nazaran d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Fon\u2019un rezerv yeterlili\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fcne nazaran T\u00fcrkiye, y\u00fczde 72 ile kritik e\u015fi\u011fin alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><b>TL&#8217;N\u0130N DE\u011eER\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>IMF, 2024\u2019te T\u00dcFE bazl\u0131 ger\u00e7ek efektif d\u00f6viz kurunun y\u00fczde 12,9, \u00dcFE bazl\u0131 kurun ise y\u00fczde 12,7 bedel kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Yap\u0131lan tahliller sonucu, TL\u2019nin y\u00fczde 5,2 \u00e7ok pahal\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Bu durum, ihracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc zay\u0131flatabilecek bir \u00f6ge olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>SERMAYE G\u0130R\u0130\u015eLER\u0130 2 YIL \u00d6NCEYE D\u00dc\u015eT\u00dc<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Net sermaye giri\u015fleri 2024\u2019te GSYH\u2019nin y\u00fczde 1,7\u2019si d\u00fczeyinde kalarak 2023\u2019teki y\u00fczde 4,5\u2019lik d\u00fczeyin alt\u0131nda oldu. Portf\u00f6y yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda hafif bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fansa da direkt yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar sonlu kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yay\u0131mlanan raporda, 2025-2030 periyodunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her y\u0131l GSYH\u2019nin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 15\u2019i kadar d\u0131\u015f bor\u00e7 geri \u00f6demesi yapaca\u011f\u0131 ve bu nedenle finansman gereksiniminin y\u00fcksek kalaca\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>DI\u015e EKONOM\u0130K POL\u0130T\u0130KLARIN ART Y\u00dcZ\u00dc\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin net milletleraras\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m durumu 2020-2024 ortas\u0131nda ortalama GSYH\u2019nin y\u00fczde -34,5\u2019i seviyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>2023\u2019te GSYH\u2019nin y\u00fczde -27,5\u2019i olan net milletleraras\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m durumu, 2024\u2019te y\u00fczde 5,2 g\u00fczelle\u015ferek y\u00fczde -22,3\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
