Protein de\u011ferli ancak \u00e7ok protein y\u00fck\u00fc, bilhassa uzun vadede karaci\u011fer ve b\u00f6brekler \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli problemlere yol a\u00e7abiliyor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>K\u0131sa vadede, \u00f6rne\u011fin 1\u20132 hafta uygulanan s\u0131hhatsiz diyetler eri\u015fkin bireylerde \u00e7abucak \u00f6nemli semptomlar g\u00f6stermeyebilir. Lakin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olanlar ya da rastgele bir hastal\u0131\u011fa yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bireylerde, bir g\u00fcn bile uygulanan yanl\u0131\u015f bir diyet, ilerleyen periyotlarda kronik hastal\u0131klara yer haz\u0131rlayabilir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu y\u00fczden izleyicilerimize daima \u015funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz: \u00c7e\u015fitli besinler t\u00fcketelim, az fakat istikrarl\u0131 yiyelim.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hepimizin konutunda bulunan temel besinler var: zerzevat, meyve, bulgur, baklagil, et, s\u00fct, yumurta\u2026 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi bu. Lakin yaln\u0131zca zerzevat ya da yaln\u0131zca meyve t\u00fcketmek \u00fczere u\u00e7lara gitti\u011fimizde \u00f6nemli riskler ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
