Onay vermeyen tapulu evini satamayacak"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>E\u0130DS, Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan emlak b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde t\u00fcketici ma\u011fduriyetinin engellenmesi ve kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi maksad\u0131yla devreye al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sistem, 1 Ocak 2025 prestijiyle kiral\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131nmaz ilanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in zarur\u00ee olarak uygulan\u0131yor. \u0130kinci kademesine ge\u00e7ilecek sistem, art\u0131k sat\u0131l\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131nmaz ilanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de zarur\u00ee olacak.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ikimisli.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/uygulama-subat-ayinda-baslayacak-onay-vermeyen-tapulu-evini-satamayacak-0-uOQiqYqx.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u015eUBAT AYINDA BA\u015eLAYACAK, ONAYLAMAYAN \u0130LAN VEREMEYECEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sistem kapsam\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sahibi vatanda\u015flar, e-Devlet \u00fczerinden kendilerine ili\u015fkin m\u00fclk\u00fc se\u00e7erek ilan verme s\u00fcrecinde emlak i\u015fletmelerini yetkilendirecek. Bu do\u011frulama d\u00fczene\u011fi sayesinde yetkisiz \u015fah\u0131slarca a\u00e7\u0131lan ilanlar\u0131n, d\u00fczmece hesaplar \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen fiyat manip\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ve kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerinin engellenmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011frulama yap\u0131larak yay\u0131mlanan ilanlarda &#8220;E\u0130DS&#8217;den yetki do\u011frulamas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; taraf\u0131nda logoya yahut ibareye yer verilecek.<\/p>\n<p>e-Devlet yetkilendirme ekran\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sahibi taraf\u0131ndan verilen yetkinin iptali de yap\u0131labilecek. Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sahibi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak yetkilendirmenin m\u00fchleti minimum \u00fc\u00e7 ay olacak, birebir ekrandan uzat\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen takvime nazaran uygulama, teknik entegrasyonun sa\u011flanmas\u0131, meselelerin tahliline y\u00f6nelik gerekli ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri tecr\u00fcbesi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin g\u00fczelle\u015ftirilmesi ve geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in 1 \u015eubat prestijiyle pilot olarak \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck vilayette ba\u015flat\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Pilot b\u00f6lgelerdeki uygulaman\u0131n akabinde sistem, 15 \u015eubat&#8217;tan itibaren \u00fclke genelinde devreye al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ikimisli.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/uygulama-subat-ayinda-baslayacak-onay-vermeyen-tapulu-evini-satamayacak-1-Id8DXStL.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenlemenin \u00fclke genelinde devreye girmesiyle birlikte, ilan platformlar\u0131nda yer alan sat\u0131l\u0131k ilanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fclkiyet bilgileriyle e\u015fle\u015fmesi ve inan\u00e7l\u0131 ticaret ortam\u0131n\u0131n tesis edilmesi sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ZM\u0130R, ANTALYA VE S\u0130VAS P\u0130LOT B\u00d6LGE SE\u00c7\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcm Emlak M\u00fc\u015favirleri Federasyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hac\u0131 Ali Taylan, AA muhabirine uygulamaya ait de\u011ferlendirmede bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenlemenin daha evvel kiral\u0131k ilanlar i\u00e7in uygulanmas\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatan Taylan, &#8220;Sistem, b\u00f6l\u00fcme \u00f6nemli tertip getiriyor. Biz de federasyon olarak bug\u00fcne kadar emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za gerekli e\u011fitimleri verdik.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Taylan, 1 \u015eubat prestijiyle sat\u0131l\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131nmaz ilanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de do\u011frulama sisteminin zarur\u00ee hale getirilece\u011fini belirterek, uygulaman\u0131n evvel \u0130zmir, Antalya ve Sivas&#8217;ta, 15 \u015eubat&#8217;tan itibaren de t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemdeki ufak tefek aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 lisana getiren Taylan, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Biz, gerekli mercilere sistemde eksik oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz birtak\u0131m hususlara ait taleplerimiz ilettik, onlardan da gerekli ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmalar\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz.
