Kiral\u0131k ilanlarda 1 Ocak 2025\u2019ten bu yana uygulanan sistem, ikinci etapta sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlar\u0131 kapsayacak.<\/p>\n<p><b>NASIL \u0130\u015eLEYECEK?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>E\u0130DS kapsam\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sahipleri, e-Devlet \u00fczerinden kendilerine ili\u015fkin m\u00fclk\u00fc se\u00e7erek ilan verme s\u00fcrecinde emlak i\u015fletmelerini yetkilendirecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bu do\u011frulama d\u00fczene\u011fi sayesinde:<\/p>\n<p>Yetkisiz bireylerce a\u00e7\u0131lan ilanlar engellenecek,<\/p>\n<p>Sahte hesaplarla yap\u0131lan fiyat manip\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek,<\/p>\n<p>Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetleri azalt\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011frulama yap\u0131lan ilanlarda, \u201cE\u0130DS yetki do\u011frulamas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d ibaresi yahut logosu yer alacak.<\/p>\n<p>Yetkilendirme ve \u0130ptal S\u00fcreci<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz sahipleri, e-Devlet \u00fczerinden verdikleri yetkiyi t\u0131pk\u0131 ekran \u00fczerinden iptal edebilecek yahut uzatabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Yetkilendirme m\u00fchleti taban 3 ay olacak,<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcre dolmadan uzatma yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n<p><b>P\u0130LOT V\u0130LAYETLER VE TAKV\u0130M<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n belirledi\u011fi takvime nazaran sistem:<\/p>\n<p>1 \u015eubat prestijiyle pilot olarak \u0130zmir, Antalya ve Sivas\u2019ta uygulanacak,<\/p>\n<p>15 \u015eubat\u2019tan itibaren ise \u00fclke genelinde mecbur\u00ee hale gelecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te teknik entegrasyon, kullan\u0131c\u0131 tecr\u00fcbesi ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcn aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n giderilmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sekt\u00f6rden Dayanak: \u201cKa\u00e7ak Emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k Bitecek\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcm Emlak M\u00fc\u015favirleri Federasyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hac\u0131 Ali Taylan, d\u00fczenlemenin dala de\u011ferli bir disiplin getirdi\u011fini belirterek, sistemin d\u00fczmece ilanlar\u0131 ve yetkisiz arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Taylan, uygulaman\u0131n hem t\u00fcketiciler hem de b\u00f6l\u00fcm profesyonelleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumlu sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>G\u00dcVENL\u0130 T\u0130CARET HEDEF\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>E\u0130DS\u2019nin \u00fclke genelinde devreye girmesiyle birlikte, ilan platformlar\u0131nda yer alan sat\u0131l\u0131k konutlar\u0131n m\u00fclkiyet bilgileriyle birebir e\u015fle\u015fmesi sa\u011flanacak.
